Diboll Primary is home of the Tiny Jacks! Our Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 students start with us at Diboll Primary as Tiny Jacks and continue to grow and learn through their school years. Currently Diboll Primary has 1 ECSE class, 3 half day sessions of Pre-K 3, and 5 full day Pre-K 4 classrooms. Our focus is on Academic Readiness & Language Development as well as Social Skills in preparing our students for Kindergarten.
Diboll Primary currently uses Conscious Discipline as our behavioral program to assist students in self-regulation strategies.
We begin our school day with breakfast followed by daily announcements. During announcements, we say the Pledge to the American Flag, Pledge to the Texas Flag, and our Diboll Primary School Pledge. The pledges are followed by a moment of silence.
Our current Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 curriculum is Scholastic Big Day. Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 classroom teachers teach Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies based on the curriculum. Diboll Primary has a Library/Media Center in which students visit. Pre-K4 students participate in Physical Education class.
